Pete Livengood
Wine With Wings, Founder
A "recovering attorney” with experience as a litigator as well as in business law, Pete is well-versed in start-up operations, including a 15-year+ stint as a Board Member, legal liaison, and corporate officer for Elysian Brewing Company.
Pete’s family homesteaded in the Walla Walla Valley in the 1860s, and Pete is a fourth-generation graduate of Whitman College. His family also has strong ties to Washington State University, where his cousin Jim was Athletic Director in the 1980s and 1990s.
Pete brings a can-do attitude to the organization along with a thorough knowledge of Walla Walla Valley Wine Country and the people and businesses in need of a regional travel solution.
Mark Pembrooke
Wine With Wings, W3 Tours, Founder
Mark's passion for problem solving is evidenced by creative solutions in business, teaching math, and flying airplanes. He has always been the guy people describe as, “able to think outside the box”, and this attribute is why he formed Wine with Wings and W3 Tours.
W3 tours shuttles people to wineries in Walla Walla, Woodinville and other locations for wine tasting tours, events and concerts, weddings, and other fun experiences. Vineyard Experience Tours, point to point shuttles, Half and Full day tours are some of services offered. Because sponsors help defray the cost of vans, they are able to provide first-rate service below limousine and luxury tour groups; leaving customers more money for wine purchases.
Wine with Wings are private aircraft to provide aerial tours or to fly as a charter and reduce your travel time from over 5 hours, to only about one each way. Once on the ground W3 Tours picks you up, takes you to your hotel and to taste some of the best wines anywhere!

John Clark
Wine With Wings, Operations Partner
Boeing engineer and aviation enthusiast who has worked on a number of large projects for Boeing. Also a licensed pilot, John attended an MBA program with Mark and helped him edit and cultivate the ideas of how general aviation could be used as an alternative to commercial air travel for Mark's master's thesis.
John is an integral part of the team to monitor operations, look at process improvements, and provide valuable insight to new opportunities.
Ron Morcom
Wine With Wings, Operations Partner
Owner of Regal Air since 1989 and more recently Crown Aviation. A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization, Ron, manages a large shop of aircraft mechanics, operates a flight school, and offers charters while managing a fleet of 16 aircraft.
Ron’s staff and organization are standing at the ready to book flights, provide highly trained pilots and provide all maintenance needs for the Wine With Wings operation.
